GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Capricorn Press prints are made to order just for you. Due to the delicate nature of paper, I don’t resell any prints that have been handled by anyone except me and my white gloves and therefore do not accept returns on prints that have been opened and removed from their tube. If you haven’t opened your print, contact me for return instructions at molly@capricorn-press.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned order.
If you’ve opened your print and are unhappy with it for some reason, please contact me with any issues you may have with your order – I want you to be happy with your print! – and we will work it out.
SIZE UPGRADES
If you would like a size larger than the one you ordered, contact me and I will work out an upgrade.
CUSTOM SIZES AND COLORS
If you requested a custom size or color, your prints are not available for return.
CUSTOM STAR MAPS
Custom star maps (ones based on your specific time and date) are not eligible for return.
CUSTOM FRAMED ARTWORK IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN
If you order custom framing with your print, that is considered a custom order and not available for return. Framed art is custom made to order and therefore cannot be returned. I offer framing as a courtesy of convenience – most of the framing cost goes to my framer and the cost of shipping and I do not carry inventory.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If your item is damaged during shipping (very rare!), it will be replaced.
