These pigment prints are based on a set of beautiful Antique 19th Century German Chromolithographs of the “Polar Lights.” A lovely collision of minty green and sand tones with vibrant pink, chartreuse, and white lend an early century Romanticism. It has a soft Pastel graininess with Art Deco-like forms and linework and chandelier-esque shapes. Great for your Hollywood Regency Boudoir!
Because of the nature of the original print, these have a very soft texture, like pastel crayons — as opposed to be being bold and sharp. They almost look as if they’re printed on fabric.
*Note: We sell each of the four prints separately but are pictured together as an example. They look stunning as a set hung together.
